Job description

  • Assist clients with all corporate matters such as incorporation of companies and registration of branches
  • Preparing and maintaining statutory books and registers
  • Handling all corporate filings and other corporate compliance matters
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline, degree in law desirable
  • Has worked in a fast-paced pressurised environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong IT and computer skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Sound comprehension skills
  • Ability to work to deadline
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Overseas experience would be an advantage
