VDB Loi advises Tebodin on legal and tax aspects of on sale of Asia Pacific operations
March 28, 2016VDB Loi is pleased to announce that it provided legal and taxation advisory services for multidisciplinary consulting and engineering firm Tebodin on the acquisition of its Asia Pacific operations by Archetype Group.
The agreement was signed on 4th March, 2016, and creates a company with over 1,100 employees and annual revenues of over US$40 million.
VDB Loi acted as both local counsel assisting the international transaction counsel and tax advisor. It provided legal and advice in Myanmar, Vietnam and Indonesia in a transaction which also included acquisition of assets in Thailand and India. VDB Loi coordinated the tax planning across the entire region.
