VDB Loi acts on development of a new industrial zone

VDB Loi is acting for a state-owned entity on the formation of a joint venture with the Myanmar government for the development of an industrial complex. The sponsor has sought VDB Loi’s assistance on a wide range of legal matters, including investment licensing and concession negotiation on the joint venture. VDB Loi team will comprise Senior Partner Edwin Vanderbruggen, Team Leader Jeffery Martin and legal associates from our Yangon office.
