The workshop focused on practical aspects of implementing complex cross-border deals, including preparation for the transaction, organizing project team, conducting due diligence and negotiating documentation.
Particular focus was made on the specifics of bank accounts regime in Vietnam as well as regulatory approval process for foreign investors.
