May 2, 2024The circular states that industrial establishments planned outside designated economic or industrial zones will not receive electricity and gas connections. Furthermore, non-bank financial institutions are barred from providing loans to new industrial establishments unless they have obtained no-objection certificates from the relevant authorities of their respective electricity and gas providers.
