VDB Loi Offices in the Region Stay Open

March 28, 2020

VDB Loi remains fully operational during the COVID-19 outbreak, but we are taking a wide range of appropriate measures to protect our staff and our clients.

We have put in place business continuity measures and contingency plans to ensure we can keep supporting our clients in this difficult time while protecting our staff and our community in this extraordinary temporary situation.

All our offices have been equipped with non contact thermometers. Alcohol based sanitizers have been made available in various locations. When handling documents for clients such as Tax Return Paperwork, our employees use protective gloves and masks. Drop off area for physical mail and parcels are present in front of the offices to reduce unnecessary contact and interactions.

All our meetings with clients and partners are done through video conferencing. Our staff and office facilities such as elevators are following proper social distancing rules. We have stopped hosting seminars and events but we are constantly hosting webinars to keep our clients and partners updated. We recently hosted a webinar titled “Myanmar Infrastructure Development facing the Covid-19 Challenge” in partnership with IFC and Australia Aid. We will also be hosting a webinar titled “Myanmar Labor Law and the Coronavirus Pandemic” on 3rd April. Click here to register and get more info.
