VDB Loi Myanmar Wins the 2019 IFLR Most Innovative National Firm of the Year Award

Yangon, Myanmar (March 2019) – International Financial Law Review (IFLR) has announced the winners of the annual IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards. VDB Loi received the Most Innovative National Firm (Myanmar) award at the ceremony held on 7 March 2019 in Hong Kong.

The annual IFLR Asia-Pacific Award recognizes innovative teams and deals in the region, with the Most Innovative National Firm award being given to firms providing local law advice on the most groundbreaking international corporate finance transactions.

This award recognizes VDB Loi’s work on a number of significant international deals, including one of the largest M&A projects in the country in the telecom sector and several financings provided to Myanmar borrowers by international development institutions and commercial banks.
