Tax Notes: Draft Union Tax Law 2018–2019

Edwin Vanderbruggen Discussed the Myanmar Energy Sector at Annual PFI Conference in Singapore
Edwin Vanderbruggen was invited as a speaker and panelist at the PFI Financing Energy Projects in Asia Conference in Singapore on 26 September 2018 to provide insights on the Myanmar market. He notably discussed the status of existing and upcoming projects as well as potential for investments in the energy sector, including hydro- and gas-to-power. He also discussed the bankability of the new structuring of IPP projects, including government guarantees.
