Several important policy developments have taken place since the enactment of the Foreign Exchange Management Act in 2012 affecting not only Myanmar banks, but also foreign investors, Myanmar enterprises raising funds overseas and the entire financial services space. In this uniquely practical seminar, VDB Loi’s Edwin Vanderbruggen shares his experiences in dealing with the Central Bank of Myanmar and explains how the rules have changed.
